About Us
Elyseum is a 100% Australian owned and operated family business established out of a love for fine fragrances and outstanding beauty products . We value our customers and therefore treat each with utmost respect. We can assure our customers that our products are absolutely genuine. There are so many counterfeit items flooding the markets that we have carefully sourced our products only from legitimate Australian based suppliers who fully guarantee the quality of their stock. As we don’t warehouse our perfumes, all items we sell are also guaranteed to be fresh. They are not stored on a shop shelf under lights which drastically reduces their life span. There’s nothing worse than spending good money only to find that your perfume's quality has deteriorated!
Ordering
At Elyseum you will only be charged once confirmation has been received from our suppliers that your ordered fragrance is in stock. If we are advised that a fragrance is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. When providing your personal details in regards to delivery, please provide a physical address. For security reasons we do not accept PO Box addresses.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order please contact us by phone on 0409 049 682 or by email at info@elyseumproducts.com.au no later than 12:00pm the day after your order is placed with Elyseum.
Delivery
Once an order has been placed with our supplier, expect 5-7 working days for delivery (dependent upon location). So that you receive your fragrance as quickly as possible to enjoy, we ask that you ensure that someone is present to accept delivery of your order. If no one is present then the order will be diverted to your nearest Australia Post outlet where it will be held for a short period for collection. A card will be left by the delivery agent to advise you that a delivery attempt was made and where the order will be held. Our orders are sent via Registered Post which requires a signature upon delivery or collection so that your order is safe and secure.
For urgent orders--where you require an express delivery service--please contact us directly and we will be able to advise costs and delivery times.
We have endeavoured to employ the most efficient delivery methods possible. We invite our customers to provide us with feedback as to the courtesy and efficiency of our delivery agents. If you have any comments, we can be contacted at info@elyseumproducts.com.au.
Payment Methods
At Elyseum we love flexibility. We have therefore set up a range of payment options to suit everyone. We currently accept credit cards which enables our customers to provide their credit card details via our website which is secure, or alternatively they can be provided by contacting us directly on 0409 049 682. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. If you would prefer an alternative, you can pay by direct bank deposit (see account details listed), or by money order issued by Australia Post (please post to Elyseum, PO Box 289, Winston Hills NSW 2153). In these cases, the order will only be sent once payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds
As consumers, your rights are protected under Australian Law. Should a product arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order either by phone on 0409 049 682 or by email at info@elyseumproducts.com.au, and we will issue you with an authority number once we have assessed the reason for the return. Once you have been issued with your authority number please return the product/s urgently quoting the authority number and reason for the refund/exchange by secure post to Elyseum, PO Box 289, Winston Hills NSW 2153, where you will be provided with either a full refund, or a replacement at no extra cost to you. We are unable however to refund or exchange due to a change of mind.
