What does Elyseum do with your details?
We understand that as a valued customer you have provided your personal details to us on a good faith basis. At Elyseum we are acutely aware and respectful of this. Any information provided to us is not on-sold or distributed unnecessarily to any third parties. The only exceptions are where absolutely necessary such as to our service partners who require your details for ordering matters eg our delivery contractors and credit institutions—where payment is made via credit card. In these two instances, the details provided are only the minimum required to ensure efficient and accurate processing, dispatch and delivery of your ordered items.
Viewing & Editing Personal Details
You can view your personal details in the “My Account” section with the use of your email address and password. You can also edit your details. If you forget your password there is a special service: In “My Account” you will find the link “Forgot Password?” which will lead you to the password help. Just enter your existing email address and a new password will be sent to you.
